Season: June - Labor Day Status: closed Reservations: Reservations are not accepted. All campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Medicine Lodge Lake Campground is located in a remote setting on the shores of Upper Medicine Lodge Lake. Nearby trailheads offer access to the Cloud Peak Wilderness. Getting there: From Shell, WY, travel east on Hwy 14 for about 17 miles, then turn south onto Forest System Road (FSR) 17 for another 24.5 miles.
