Woolum Campground is a large open field at the Woolum access to the Buffalo River near St. Joe, Arkansas. There are no amenities at Woolum. There are no designated sites. A vault toilet is available. Fees are not charged at Woolum. Getting there: From St. Joe, Arkansas take County Road 374 west 7 miles to Woolum river access. Camping is permitted in the field to the left along the right side of the road. No camping permitted in the hay fields along the left side of the road. Source: National Park Service.
