Dispersed camping area · USDA Forest Service · San Bernardino National Forest Fees: Recreation Pass not required. Status: temporarily closed Reservations: First Come/First Serve. No Reservations. There are 9 individual Yellow Post sites. Each campsite will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis ONLY! Each site is limited to a maximum of 8 people and 2 vehicles ONLY, this sites have very limited space. Amenities include 1 picnic table and 1 fire ring per site. There are no restroom facilities or drinking water. Please Pack It In - Pack It Out & Leave No Trace! Camping Regulation due to Forest Order 05-12-52-20-06 - Camping for a period longer than 14 consecutive days within 300 feet of Keller Peak Road, including all Yellow Post Sit es. 36 CFR 261.58(a). - Camping within a quarter mile of the locations listed in Exhibit A. 36 CFR 261.58(e). - Having more than eight people in any Keller Peak Yellow Post Site. 36 CFR 261.58(f). - Possessing, parking, or leaving more than two vehicles, except motorcycles or bicycles in any Keller Peak Yellow Post Site. 36 CFR 261.58(i).… Rules: - As of 7/2/2024 wood and/or charcoal BBQ fires are not allowed due to Forest Order 05-12-00-24-06.
