Campground · National Park Service Fees: Standard Site: $10.00 Reservations: Backcountry campsites can be reserved via recreation.gov Tucked away on the lower Current River, Cedar Spring is one of the smallest campgrounds in the park. With only two sites, this location has great potential for secluded, private camping. With the river only a few feet away, campers can enjoy swimming, floating, fishing, and more. This campground also gives great views of some stone bluffs, which are illuminated by the sunset. Lastly, a short walk up the road, visitors can watch for wildlife along a large field. Getting there: Cedar Spring Campground is located roughly 30 minutes south of Van Buren, MO. Starting in Van Buren, drive west on Highway 60 for about 5 miles. Then, turn south onto State Highway C. Follow Highway C for 7 miles, then turn left onto State Highway F (intersection in Eastwood). Drive down Highway F for roughly 5.75 miles, then turn right onto Grubb Hollow Road. Stay on this road until it dead-ends into Cedar Spring Campground. This route requires driving on gravel roads for about 3.5 miles.
